Return Policy

At JDT HEMP CO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we offer store credit only for eligible returns, and only under specific conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for store credit:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover processing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping

⚠️ Packages must be factory-sealed and unbroken to qualify for store credit. Opened or used items are not eligible under any circumstances.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk purchases and wholesale orders are final sale by default. However, we may review return requests for store credit only on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to inquire.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective,

  • Or incorrect,

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please complete a return (if eligible), then use your store credit to place a new order.

Refunds

We do not issue cash or card refunds. If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit only.
