All hemp products sold by JDT HEMP CO are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. However, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws. We do not guarantee legality outside the U.S. federal framework.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities if we suspect misuse, misrepresentation, or resale to restricted areas. Order changes or cancellations may be made at our discretion.
All payments must be completed through approved payment processors. We are not responsible for transaction delays or fees. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are not considered final until payment has cleared.
We ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping destination is compliant with your local laws. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Once packages are marked delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft.
All wholesale sales are final. Unopened, sealed items may be eligible for store credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
